Brewing Tips
2 light teaspoons per 8oz (approx 240ml) of water. Best extracted in water with a temperature of 180F (80C).
Infusion time 1-2 minutes.
If you are using a kettle without temperature control, pour boiled water into your cup first, then after 30 seconds pour into the teapot for 1-2 minutes. *Our loose leaf teas are packaged in Japan and shipped at the height of freshness. After opening the package, place in an airtight container away from direct sunlight.
